These Terms and Conditions govern your use of 
the Julie's Florist website and the purchase of 
products through our online store. By placing 
an order with Julie's Florist you agree to the 
following terms.

2. ORDERING

2.1 All orders are subject to availability of 
flowers and products at the time of ordering.

2.2 We reserve the right to substitute flowers 
of equal or greater value if a specific flower 
type is unavailable due to seasonal or supply 
reasons. We will always maintain the style and 
colour theme of the arrangement as closely as 
possible.

2.3 Prices displayed on our website are in 
Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST 
where applicable.

2.4 We reserve the right to change prices 
at any time without notice. The price at the 
time of ordering will be honoured.

2.5 By placing an order you confirm that you 
are authorised to use the payment method 
provided.

3. SAME-DAY DELIVERY

3.1 Same-day delivery is available for orders 
placed before:
- 12:00pm Monday to Friday
- 10:00am Saturday

3.2 Orders placed after the cut-off time will 
be delivered the following business day unless 
otherwise arranged by calling us directly on 
0408 906 149.

3.3 Deliveries are made between 9:00am and 
6:00pm Monday to Saturday.

3.4 We do not deliver on Sundays or public 
holidays unless otherwise stated.

3.5 Delivery fees apply based on the delivery 
location. Please refer to our Delivery 
Information page for full details.

3.6 We are unable to guarantee specific 
delivery times within the delivery window. 
If a specific time is critical please contact 
us directly to discuss.
